Terms and conditions for using GudangCode services.

By accessing and using GudangCode (gudangcode.com), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

"Services" means the website, applications, source code, memberships, e-books, courses, and all content provided by GudangCode. "Products" means the applications and source code sold or shared through the Services. "User" means anyone who accesses or uses the Services.

2. Accounts & Registration
  • The information you register with must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
  • One account is for one user. Sharing access to a paid account is not allowed.
3. Product License
  • Once payment is verified or your membership access is active, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products you obtained.
  • Products may be installed and customized for your own business or projects, and for your clients' projects.
  • Copyright in the Products remains with GudangCode. A license to use is not a transfer of ownership.
  • The source code in the Products is developed by GudangCode. Third-party libraries, frameworks, and components (for example open-source packages) remain subject to their own licenses.
4. Prohibited Use
  • Reselling the source code or Products without significant modification and without permission from GudangCode, or uploading and sharing them on other marketplaces or websites as your own code product.
  • Removing or altering copyright notices in the Products.
  • Abusing the system (hacking, spam, malware, or any other illegal activity).
  • Using the content for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm others.
5. Membership & Payment
  • PRO membership is a one-time (lifetime) payment unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed through Midtrans (QRIS, Virtual Account, e-wallet, cards) or bank transfer.
  • PRO access is activated automatically once payment is verified.
  • Prices and promotions may change at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you complete the transaction.
6. Refunds

Because Products are digital goods that can be downloaded immediately, completed payments are generally final. If you run into a technical problem, contact our support team and we will help resolve it.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, brands, logos, applications, and source code are protected by copyright and are owned by GudangCode, except third-party components as described in section 3. You receive a right to use the Products, not full ownership of the copyright.

8. Advertising & Third-Party Links

The site may display third-party advertising (for example Google AdSense) and link to other websites. Those advertisers and sites are outside our control, and GudangCode is not responsible for their content or policies. Information about data and cookies is available in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is". GudangCode is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services. You are responsible for the implementation and security of the applications in your own environment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will be adjusted. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
